The Sagitta soap dish is lovingly handcrafted by our wheel potter Ines. Each dish is thrown on the potter’s wheel, fired at 1,240° C, and finished with a food-safe glaze. Every soap dish is a handmade unique piece with an individual touch.

Available in matte or glossy, it is made of high-quality ceramic. Three beautiful colors offer a stylish selection. Thanks to its clear, modern design, it blends harmoniously into its surroundings.

A common question: Why does the soap dish have three holes? They ensure that water drains quickly. This keeps the soap dry at all times. It’s practical and hygienic. Plus, the soap lasts longer when it can dry quickly.

The soap dish is dishwasher safe and therefore easy to clean. It retains its shape, color, and shine for many years. With a diameter of 10.5 cm and a height of 1.5 cm, it has the ideal size for any hand soap, such as Sagitta Hand Soap 1911 or Sagitta Sea Salt Body Soap.

The Sagitta Hand Soap 1911 has been made for over 100 years using traditional gentle cold processing. Its recipe comes from Munich’s oldest pharmacy, our family pharmacy, and has always been crafted by hand in compliance with natural cosmetics standards. Each soap bar is unique, gently cleansing and caring for the hands.

As a prebiotic soap, it is enriched with organic inulin, which forms a soft protective film on the skin and supports the skin barrier. Pleasantly scented oils of juniper and Swiss pine give the soap its special note. Juniper oil, known for its cleansing and disinfecting properties, combined with the fresh-spicy Swiss pine oil, creates a scent reminiscent of a refreshing forest walk that invigorates the senses.

Use body soap instead of shower gel for washing and showering. Most shower gels, even in natural cosmetics, contain surfactants that can negatively affect the skin flora. With Sagitta Prebiotic Body Soap, you protect your skin from these sometimes very aggressive ingredients and can simultaneously prevent skin problems.

INCI: Butyrospermum parkii butter, Cocoa anucifera oil, Olea europaea fruit oil, Lactis proteinum, Canola oil, Sodium hydroxide, Aqua, Ricinus communis, Aroma, Inulin lauryl carbamate, Maris Sal, CI 77007, Citral, Geraniol, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool.

HOW THE MAIN INGREDIENTS WORK:

Organic inulin is a purely plant-based substance obtained from plants such as agave and artichokes. On the skin, it forms a soft film that helps protect the skin.

Organic lactis proteinum can act as a prebiotic to promote skin regeneration and cell renewal. It supports the skin’s lactic acid production and can help prevent skin problems. Additionally, the whey proteins contained improve the stability of other important ingredients and are part of a system that supports the penetration of active ingredients into the deeper skin layers.

Shea butter is obtained from the fruit of the karité tree, which grows in Africa. The seeds are traditionally processed by hand into a butter-like plant fat that contains a high proportion of skin-friendly fatty acids and vitamin E. Shea butter provides the skin with plenty of moisture and soothes the feeling of dry and irritated skin.

Note: Sagitta Prebiotic Body Soap has a slightly yellower color because we avoid using titanium dioxide.

APPLICATION

Lather the Sagitta Prebiotic Body Soap with water and rub your body with the soap bar. Then rinse off the soap foam as usual.
