With the Sagitta Urea Serum, you have a foot serum in your hands that is a real innovation in formulation and ensures that your feet become soft as velvet in a short time. It contains valuable care ingredients but does not stimulate callus growth. It creates an ideal "environment" where a healthy acid mantle of the skin can form, maintaining intact skin flora. This environment keeps the skin moist, so it remains permanently supple and resistant, with little or no callus formation even under pressure and friction.

The secret of the Sagitta Urea Serum lies in the unique formula with eleven carefully selected ingredients. Particularly noteworthy is the high urea content. The human stratum corneum itself consists of seven percent urea, also known as carbamide. In dry skin, this proportion decreases by about half, and the skin's protective barrier becomes permeable. Here, the Urea Serum helps to naturally balance the fat and moisture in the skin by rebuilding the acid mantle.

In addition, salicylic acid and lactic acid help to dissolve calluses and support the skin's natural exfoliation process. The included almond oil has a soothing effect, while glycerin, also a component of the skin, binds moisture. Valuable juniper berry oil provides a pleasant scent that complements the serum.

The serum is economical and very productive. If you apply it thinly daily in the morning and evening, it will last about a month. If you want to maintain your delicate heel skin, a thin application every one to two days is sufficient. Then the serum will last for several months.

Feet have their own foot climate. Shower and bath products can endanger the acid mantle of the foot skin, making it easier for fungi and germs to spread. Therefore, it is best to wash your feet only with water. Opt for socks made of natural materials that are breathable and wick away moisture. Especially if you sweat a lot, change your socks daily.

Your shoes should fit well, be made of breathable materials, and provide enough space for your feet and toes. This way, you can avoid pressure points and blisters. Excessive callus formation and foot misalignments can also be prevented. It is also important to change shoes regularly.

Our Tip: Only remove a very small amount of calluses. If you remove a lot of calluses, your body will produce more skin and replace the removed calluses immediately. You should definitely avoid this cycle.

The structure of this handcrafted clay utensil is chosen to be gentle on the skin and rub away only a small amount of skin. When washing or showering, the skin scrubber removes the topmost, usually calloused skin cells. After drying, the serum finds well-prepared skin, allowing it to maintain the skin's acid mantle permanently and provide soft, well-groomed skin on the heel and ball. INGREDIENTS

INCI: Ethanol ORGANIC, Aqua, Urea, Lactic Acid, Glycerin ORGANIC, Isopropyl Myristate, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil ORGANIC (Almond Oil), Sodium Hydroxide, Methyl Glucose Sesquistearate, Salicylic Acid, Juniperus Communis Fruit Oil ORGANIC (Juniper Berry Oil).

HOW THE MAIN INGREDIENTS WORK

Urea naturally moisturizes the skin. It helps the skin to bind water and regulate moisture balance. It also has a keratolytic effect, meaning it loosens the bonds between dead skin cells. This improves the skin's natural exfoliation process and provides a smooth skin surface. Urea is also attributed with antimicrobial and skin-soothing properties.

Lactic Acid and Salicylic Acid also have keratolytic effects, meaning they dissolve calluses and promote exfoliation.

Almond Oil is a particularly mild oil. The largest component of the fatty acids it contains, about 86 percent, is oleic acid. This fatty acid penetrates deep into the skin and forms a protective barrier. It moisturizes dry areas of the skin and relieves irritations. Almond oil also contains palmitic acid, which strengthens the skin's natural acid mantle and vitamins B and E, which contribute to skin protection in multiple ways.

Juniper Berry Oil has antibacterial and cleansing properties and can also be used for skin healing. In addition, it has a pleasant, spicy-fresh scent.

APPLICATION

After showering or bathing, prepare the skin on your feet for the serum by gently rubbing it with the Sagitta Skin Scrubber, opening the pores. It is important that the feet are moistened during this process. Please do not rub dry, as prolonged and vigorous rubbing stimulates callus formation.

Dry your feet after showering or washing and shake the Urea Serum well before use. Then press the pad located at the bottle neck onto the skin, filling it. Once the pad is filled, the Urea Serum is dosed onto the skin when you stroke the area you want to treat with the pad. When the pad is empty, simply press it on the skin again to refill it.

A thin application in the morning and evening for one to two months, depending on the severity of the calluses, is sufficient. Once the calluses are reduced, you can easily maintain the results by continuing to apply the serum every one to two days.

Please be patient: The more callused and cracked the skin is, the longer the application will take. Do not try to speed up the process by rubbing vigorously; instead, apply the serum more frequently.

When washing your feet, try to avoid all additives like soap or shower gel. Completely refrain from moisturizing your feet.

Conveniently, your hands stay clean because you do not need to massage the serum in. There is no need to touch the serum with your hands.

TIP: Moisturize the nail bed on your toes with the serum as well, then your nails will grow more evenly in a soft environment.
