The Sagitta Soap Dish, handcrafted by our wheel potter Lena, is the perfect accessory for our hand soap. Each dish is thrown on the potter's wheel, fired at 1,240° C, and finished with a food-safe glaze. The soap dishes are sand-colored with black dots, while the white, mosaic-like inlays vary, making each bowl a unique piece with a distinctive touch. Its square, clean-lined shape fits harmoniously into any setting and serves as a stylish, modern highlight with special accents.

The three holes in the center of the soap dish ensure that excess water drains away and the soap always stays dry – practical and hygienic at the same time. With a size of approx. 10 x 10 cm and a height of 1.5 cm, the soap dish is ideal for any hand soap. It is dishwasher safe and retains its beauty for years thanks to high-quality materials and careful craftsmanship.

The Sagitta Hand Soap 1911 has been made for over 100 years according to old tradition using a gentle cold process. Its recipe comes from Munich’s oldest pharmacy, our family pharmacy, and has always been crafted by hand in compliance with natural cosmetics standards. Each soap bar is unique, gently cleansing and caring for the hands.

As a prebiotic soap, it is enriched with organic inulin, which forms a soft protective film on the skin and supports the skin barrier. Pleasantly scented oils of juniper and Swiss pine give the soap its special note. Juniper oil, known for its cleansing and disinfecting properties, combined with the herbaceous-spicy Swiss pine oil, creates a fragrance reminiscent of a refreshing forest walk that invigorates the senses.

HOW THE MAIN INGREDIENTS WORK

Juniper Oil is highly valued for its versatile health effects. Externally, it is often used for chronic skin conditions and to promote faster skin healing, as juniper oil can have cleansing, germicidal, and disinfecting effects.

Swiss Pine Oil has been used for centuries for its health-promoting effects. Swiss pine wood positively affects sleep and daily mood, and the oil is also said to have a relaxing effect. Additionally, it can have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and soothe the skin.

Organic Inulin is a purely plant-based substance derived from plants such as agave and artichokes. On the skin, this prebiotic forms a soft film that helps protect the skin.
